The Young and the Restless: Donny Boaz Steps Away After Testing COVID Positive; Justin Gaston Steps In.

The latest Young and the Restless spoilers say that some major shakeup is on the cards. Spoilers reveal that soon the face of Chance Chancellor is going to change. Some new actor is stepping in as the face of the character. Soap Opera Digest first reported that Justin Gaston, Melissa Ordway’s husband, and a fellow soap actor, will be stepping in for Donny Boaz for the character of Chance Chancellor temporarily. This will happen in the week of November 23. Melissa Ordway plays the character of Abby Newman on the soap opera, and now, her husband Justin will come in to play her on-screen spouse Chance.

This sudden temporary change has forced viewers into asking a number of questions of why is even Boaz stepping back? The reason for this is the ongoing pandemic situation. Boaz, who traditionally plays the character of Chance Chancellor has tested COVID positive So, he is stepping back to quarantine himself.

Fans would recognize Justin Gaston from his previous stints as Ben Weston on Days of Our Lives. Back in July, many fans had started speculating that Gaston will come to Young and the Restless, and now that he is coming in, we look forward to seeing what he brings to the table. With that said, we also send our best wishes and hopes that Boaz recovers soon and gets back into action.
