The Young and the Restless: Theo To Cause Some Drama Before His Exit

Fans who have been keeping up with The Young and the Restless are already aware that Theo Vanderway is leaving the show. Ever since this news surfaced, there have been questions on how will Theo exit? Would he cause some major drama before he leaves Genoa city? Probably yes. Theo’s grandma recently died, and he wasn’t even taken in the loop. So, it is possible that he might hit it back to Abbotts in the upcoming days. What could happen there? Keep reading to find out- 

The Young and the Restless: Theo Is Not Over His Hurt Feelings

Theo has found his position at Chancellor Communications, but his life hasn’t been on track. His relationship with Lola recently failed. All the people who had once made him a part of their family, including the Abbotts, did not even take him in the loop when Dina died. That has made him more outsider than ever. Theo did put a good face on Dina’s memorial, but it looked like when he turned away from everyone there, he had a cryptic look on his face. This was more than enough to tell that Theo is not yet over his hurt feelings.  

Honestly, We cannot even expect Theo to not feel bad. He was not included the night Grandma passed away. Jack did not even think about Theo when he had the love necklace, which was divided among the family members. All these things have been enough to show what Theo means to all of them. While Jack, Kyle, and Traci were regretful about that, it didn’t matter. 

Would Theo Cause Some Drama Before The Exit? 

Theo is about to leave Genoa City. Before he leaves the town, could he hit back at the Abbott clan before he goes? Theo did get an eyeful of the emerald stone that had to go back to its owner Lauren Fenmore at the Abbott house. More The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that someone will come in and challenge Dina’s will. This could really be Theo as he might want to establish himself as a legitimate Ms. Mergeron’s heir. He might do this with an intention to hurt the Abbotts the way they hurt him. 

There Might Be A Plan B

If Theo somehow fails to establish himself as a legitimate heir, he might have a plan B that he might use to get back on the Abbotts. Theo also is grieving, so; he might go to all extremes. Could he steal the emerald stone Teardrop of Love? This theft would be a high-profile gem theft and bring a lot of drama. Fans would remember Lauren told Jack that she believe that the Teardrop of Love has a curse if it is stolen. This could turn out to be the bad news that nobody had expected. 

It is also possible that Lauren could be wrong, and the stones are cursed regardless of whether they are stolen or not. This could be the explanation of what’s happening to Kyle’s love life, and possibly after stealing this piece of jewelry, Theo would only expose himself to more pain. It is also possible that Theo’s exit line might have him disappearing from the town with the stone or getting caught and landing in jail.  

What would happen? Would Theo challenge Dina’s will, get his part of the will and leave the town, or would he cross all lines and get his hands on Teardrop of Love and activate the curse?
