Fleabag is a dramedy series of BBC in collaboration with Amazon Studios. The comedy, centered on a dry-witted, angry woman called by Fleabag who, after the death of her friend, is struggling to find her way in London. Fleabag is based on Phoebe’s on her one-woman play of the same name. This series is somewhat different than the others, as it presented a new feature, ‘breaking the third wall’ when she talks to the camera.

Amazon has made it clear that they will love to have Fleabag Season 3, whenever it comes. During the Television Critics Association panel, Amazon Studios head Jennifer Salke said that she is a stalker for Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Also, She cleared that anything Phoebe wants to do, nothing would make them happier to bring another season of her show.
And why not, Fleabag has been one of the most popular shows of the streaming giant. The show achieved critical acclaim with numerous award recognition. The show has picked up quite many nominations at this years Emmy’s, including Best Lead Actress for Waller-Bridge, Sian Clifford and Olivia Colman for Best Supporting Actress, Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Directing for the Comedy Series and also, Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series.
On What Phoebe Waller-Bridge Is Working?
Phoebe is kind of busy for a while now. The star has also been enlisted to work on the new James Bond movie, going by the title Bond 25. Along with that, she is also working on a mysterious project. About that, the star stated as follows, “The day I wrapped Fleabag; I went to bed thinking, ‘I’m never going to have another idea again. Oh shit.’ I woke up with the idea of this film.”
Not just this, Phoebe also made clear that after the mysterious project finishes, she is not going to sell that to any streaming service. According to her, the project needs a meaningful theatrical release. When asked about whether she will be in the movie or not, Phoebe stated that she didn’t have in mind acting in the film however will blatantly end up in it.
