'Lucifer Season 4': Release Date, The Devil Rising, Plot & Spoilers

“This is going to be so much fun.” And indeed it will be when our super-hot devil returns in ‘Lucifer Season 4.’ Thanks to all the fans of the fantasy series that campaigned to bring it back. The original broadcaster, Fox canceled the show after its third season. To our luck and pleasure, Netflix soon picked it up to release on their platform. The official trailer is out, and we’re going crazy!
 
Initially premiered in 2016, Lucifer stars the handsome actor Tom Ellis as the lead. Lucifer, the Lord of Hell, is bored with his life and abandons his throne. He lands himself as a civilian consultant for the Los Angeles Police Department. And guess what? The devil runs his own high-end nightclub as well. Where can you get such a cool Devil?
The police procedural show is also a sweet and pretty complicated love story. The devil meets the ‘human’ love of his life. Chloe Decker (Lauren German), a LAPD homicide detective, who works with Lucifer, initially resists him. Moreover, the polar opposite couple slowly falls in love with each other. However, they break-up at the end of Season 3, when Chloe sees Lucifer’s real face (face of the devil). Will they ever reunite?

Lucifer Season 4: Will Chloe Accept Lucifer Knowing His True Identity?

The latest trailer of the show has to say a lot about the upcoming installment. When Lucifer asks Chloe if she can accept him the way he is, all fans wanted her to say yes. However, she ends up saying “I don’t know.” That kind of breaks our heart as we wish the couple to get together, but yes, we are ready to wait. Moreover, as Dr. Linda said, Lucifer should take it slow with her.

Chloe is currently in denial of what she saw at the end of the third season. She tries to avoid Lucifer as much as she can. However, as we all know, the devil is not going to lose his spirit this soon. We’re sure that the two will soon fix things between them and return with their sweet and funny relationship again. Though this time, there’s another obstacle.

Who Will Lucifer Choose – Chloe or Eve?

When Devil finds his first love, he’ll be evil again. Eve’s (Inbar Lavi) return shocked us all in the latest promo. Apparently, Lucifer is lured back into a relationship with his first love, and it will be risky. Her return risks Lucifer’s morality as he may return back to being the evil devil again. Though, we can hope Chloe to save him from the same.

However, it totally depends upon who Lucifer chooses this time. Despite having true feelings for Chloe, he hangs in between as she doesn’t accept him as his original self. On the other hand, Eve appreciates that Lucifer is the devil. She tells him that he’s perfect the way he is. Will Lucifer change himself for Chloe? Or will he choose the one who accepts his true self? Lucifer Season 4 has many questions to answer.

Tom Will Show Us Some Skin In The Netflix Original

Yes, the showrunners get several additional rights after shifting the show to Netflix. The streaming platform is open to sexual content and nudity. And it totally shows in this short teaser where Tom, Lauren, and Inbar discuss the changes. Moreover, fans must be ready to see some steaming-hot scenes in the upcoming installment.
