Netflix has finally announced the premiere date of Sex Education Season 2. From the looks, the upcoming installment seems much more exciting than we all expected. Fans had been waiting for almost a year now. Well, luckily, the series is finally here, and we have everything you need to know about it!
Sex Education debuted back in January 2019 and soon became one of the hottest shows on the streamer. Netflix’s pop show took no time to win our hearts with its sweet and simple storyline with the craziest twist ever possible. The story of the series revolves around a socially awkward teenager who is largely bothered by the fact that his mother is a professional sex therapist. Otis Milburn finds it hard to understand his sexual feelings until a fellow classmate, Maeve, pushes him to start sex therapy at school.

What’s Happening Next?

The latest installment will be full of twists we didn’t expect. A set of recent pictures of Sex Education Season 2 reveals a lot about what’s happening next in the series. Well, the upcoming chapter looks hard for Otis and Maeve, as they struggle to find their ways back t each other.
The dynamic couple won our hearts with their cute chemistry throughout the debut season. Fans were all expecting them to end up together. However, towards the end, they get into a fight and end their friendships instead. Besides, Otis ended up kissing Ola and getting back into a relationship with her. On the other hand, when she finally discovers her feeling for Otis, Maeve ends up watching him kissing Ola.

Well, the next season will try to bring the two of them back together. Maeve may attempt to back off, whereas Otis may still be unknown of her feelings. Besides, a new character may get close to our leading lady and cause problems in their relationship. As of now, we can only hope for the couple to somehow find their ways back to each other.

Besides Otis and Maeve, we’re also worried about the future of another couple. The debut season of the show brought Adam and Eric closer towards the end. However, the former ends up moving to the military school, leaving the latter alone and confused about his feelings. Adam is still away in Sex Education Season 2, but he sure is thinking about Eric. We hope that the upcoming installment puts in efforts to make the character confront each other.

On the other hand, Jean has failed to ignore her feelings for Jakob. Otis had warned his mother not to form any kind of relationship with Ola’s father. However, she was unable to keep her promise in the season finale. The new season will be difficult for her as she now has kept her relationship with her son on stake.
