The Grand Tour Season 4 is the next installment of the British motoring series of Amazon Prime. The filming work for Season 4 is underway with all the three hosts, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May. And as the reports flaring, it looks like the trio is having the time of their lives.
The concept of The Grand Tour came out when Clarkson’s contract was not renewed from Top Gear. As a result of that, Richard Hammond, James May, and Andy Wilman left the program in the wake of Clarkson’s dismissal. They all collaborated with Amazon Prime and brought The Grand Tour.
The Grand Tour Season 4: Hosts on Journey
It seems like Jeremy Clarkson is one of the social media enthusiasts. The filming work for the fourth season of The Grand Tour has already begun. The host himself shared a recent behind-the-scenes video from Season 4, featuring his co-stars James May and Richard Hammond. They are back on work, but it seems like the trio is just watching the sun go down, basking on the beach with a vape and calling Hammond s**t.
Previously, Jezza revealed that the trio was driving through France for their next trip. He also shared a picture of their reunion at Heathrow airport. Meanwhile, filming has already taken place at Vietnam and Cambodia. However, things went pretty tough for them out in Cambodia as the crew were caught up in a catastrophic monsoon and were forced to abandon filming for their safety.
The Grand Tour Season 4: What Will Happen?
Unlike its initial seasons of studio hosting and discussions like Top Gear, the upcoming season will feature an entirely new concept. Jeremy Clarkson, along with his fellow hosts, James May and Richard Hammond will be setting off on a series of road trips. They conceived this concept after their chaotic meat and booze-free adventure in Mongolia during season three.
Meanwhile, all three hosts are also working on their solo projects. May will feature in Our Man… In Japan, which is expected to release at the end of 2019, before The Grand Tour Season 4. In that, he will explore the beauty of the Land of the Rising Sun, Japan. Moreover, Hammond is collaborating with Mythbusters star Tony Belluci to experience the survival on a desert island.
And Clarkson is taking the audience inside his new life as a farmer in the aptly titled I Bought The Farm. The show will feature the journey of the 59-year-old’s new agricultural life.
The Grand Tour Season 4: Release Date
The release date for the fourth season of The Grand Tour is not confirmed yet. However, looking through the pattern followed for the releases of the previous seasons, the show will likely premiere by February 2020. For further updates on The Grand Tour Season 4, stay tuned.
