That is, way before the premiere of Season 6 on 19th June 2018. Wentworth is one of the most anticipated series of the Network. The finale of Season 6 ended on a cliffhanger. Wentworth Season 7: The Series Will Pickup From Season 6’s Ending
Well, rumors are around that the season 7 of Wentworth will pursue its course from Season 6’s ending. We saw Bea Smith (Danielle Cormack) killing ‘Top Dog’ Jacs Holt (Kris McQuade). She stabbed her in the neck with a pen. Well, that was one hell of a scene giving goosebumps to you.
Season 7 will also explore the life of Vera. We will find out whether Vera will have a baby. In Season 6, we saw Vera dealing with the fact that she is pregnant with Jake’s baby. Moreover, Jake is the very man she hated. If things go right on the way, it will be a delight watching Vera as a mother. Furthermore, it will add an essence of emotions to the whole scenario.
Are We Done With The Freak?
At the end of Season 6, we saw one of the most classic fiery scenes. Vera (Kate Atkinson), Jake (Bernard Curry), and Will (Robbie Magasiva) dig up the box in which Will had buried Joan ‘The Freak’ Ferguson (Pamela Rabe) alive. The filming for Season 7 began back in April 2018. Way before Season 6 aired. From its’ official Twitter account, they announced – Camera’s are rolling on Wentworth Season 7. Moreover, shooting for Season 7 is complete. The show is now under post-production work.
Wentworth Is All Set For Another Run
The creators have immense belief in their show. The series has already got a Season 8 in its pocket. Moreover, the eighth season will have 20 episodes (Usually have 12). Following the pattern, the series got renewed for Season 8 way before the release of Wentworth Season 7.
