The Johnstons know how to make things exciting and lead adventurous lives, and 7 Little Johnstons fans are well aware of that. In the past few seasons, another member became a part of their family, and the audience loved watching him. Well, it is none other than Joose Jeskanen, an exchange student from Finland who is also a little person.
Not only did he make his debut on the show, but he also returned for additional seasons as Joose bonded really well with the Johnstons. Hence, it was quite surprising for the viewers when there was no mention of him in the current season. So, did the Johnstons have a feud with Joose? Where is he now?
7 Little Johnstons: What Has Joose Been Up To These Days?
7 Little Johnstons have always been very tight-knit. Trent, Amber, and their five kids would often spend a lot of time together, even after moving away from home. But they soon got a chance to add an 8th member to their family. That’s how fans got to meet Joose Jeskanen. A 16-year-old boy from Finland came to the US for an exchange program.
Joose’s family was familiar with the Johnstons and requested that they let him stay with them. After all, they were all little people just like him. Hence, this factor made him feel comfortable in a home away from his actual home. After debuting, Joose became part of more seasons as he visited them again for a Little People Convention.
Then, the Johnstons also went to Finnland to meet Joose and did things the other way around. One season of 7 Little Johnstons captured it all, and it was great fun for the family. But it was surprising when viewers didn’t hear anything about Joose in the current season. While all the kids have their hands full, be it Liz with her pregnancy, Emma with her first job, Alex with his girlfriend, Jonah with his new skill, and Anna with her new home. No one has brought up Joose yet.
As per Joose’s social media, his last post dates back to May 2023. Well, he has not updated his Instagram or Facebook. The 7 Little Johnstons recurring stars’ last post was a mirror selfie. He had happily talked about starting a new job at Finnland’s target which proved he was back in his native country. Chances are he has gotten busy with his life over there.
7 Little Johnstons: Joose Met Another TLC Celebrity!
Joose ended up becoming family for Johnstons. All of them grew attached to the foreigner after staying with him for months for his exchange program. Hence, saying goodbye to him was hard, as witnessed in the 7 Little Johnstons episodes. But it was a pleasant surprise when Joose made a comeback to attend the Little People Convention in 2022.
It was quite an experience for Joose. He had never seen so many little people all at once, and he really felt a sense of belonging. While the teenager was in the US, he spent time with another important network star. Well, it was none other than Zach Roloff from Little People Big World. Everyone was surprised at this crossover and filled the comments section with lots of wishes.
