She takes off Shea’s clothes and socks to make him clean.

Shea has questionable hygiene, as Annabelle says he has a smelly penis. In order for her to get intimate with him, she cleans him up good. Using a washcloth, Annabelle scrubs his back, armpits, private parts, and even his face. Her priority is to scrub him down and ensure every part of him is clean and odor-free.
