Laura’s bff, Michal’s visit, caused Birkan to question the reason. Michal claims he is only Laura’s friend. Also, bringing the gifts is quite common. Did Laura simply ask him to get the things, and did he do so? Keep reading to know more about it.

A common opinion among the 90 Day Fiance fandom is that Laura isn’t as innocent as shown in the drama. The 90 Day Fiance star seems to be living out a romance novel fantasy in real life. Laura is attracted to Birkan because of his bad-boy image, as she has claimed in the past. But during the season, she discovers his red flags, his controlling nature, and his gambling problem. Instead of looking at the red flags as they are, she acts clueless about what to do and turns to a third party for help in her relationship.
Laura also comes off as someone who likes that there are two men fighting for her. Why else would she not talk to Birkan about Michal’s plan to come to Turkey? Laura knew Michal’s presence irked Birkan, but she still chose to act sly. Moreover, recent revelations also claim that before Birkan, she also hit on Michal. who did not reciprocate her feelings. So, bringing in someone she once had feelings for in her present relationship screams attention-seeking.
In a recent Instagram Q&A session, Laura asked fans what they were looking forward to the most. In response, one fan wrote that Michal’s going home was a long-awaited part of 90 Day Fiance, whereas the OP thought he was overstepping. Laura interacted with the answer and agreed to the sentiment. She stated that Michal should have waited for her to talk to Birkan before visiting her in Turkey. Additionally, she stated that she paid for the gifts that Michal got her.

In the show, when Michal said he bought her some gifts, he added that she wanted to pick up something for herself. It was a book that she wanted. The book made Laura happy. Since Laura asked him to bring it for her, it’s likely she paid for it. He also got another gift. He said she fell in love with it the first time, so he got her another set. Michal also later added that Laura is really teaching her the language of gift-giving.
In the show, Michal bringing gifts for Laura annoyed Birkan. However, now that Laura clarified about paying for the gifts, it seems a bit odd for Birkan to act like that. Also, if Laura paid for the gifts, why did Michal term them as gifts? Either way, it is odd for her to mention it when no one asked for clarification.
