Leida has been facing multiple charges on her name including wire fraud charges against a financial institution and theft from a business setting.
Leida’s issues didn’t end there; she also faced plenty of other charges previously. A Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) was filed against her in July 2023, along with disorderly conduct in February 2021. However, the court records stated that the additional charges she had to face were due to the ongoing investigation.
Recently, InTouch revealed that the reality TV star was also charged with overspeeding just four months after her arrest for the Wire Fraud case. She was driving at 15 MPH above the 55 MPH speed limit in Wisconsin when the officials caught her. The court records reveal that the 90 Day Fiance star had to appear in court on April 17 for the same.
