However, fans remember him as he was a part of the scene, including the infidelity issue between Ashley Martson and Jay Smith. As per reports, Baltimore was added to the US Marshal’s Top 15 Most Wanted list. According to the US Police, Baltimore is the main suspect in shooting Kendall Jerome Cook, another man featured in the same episode.
On 22 May 2019, Michael entered the barber show a gunpoint and shot Cook, while another man was injured, as per the statement released by the Police. Besides Cook’s Murder, Michael was charged with an attempted and irked assault. He was placed in the list of the Top 15 Most Wanted list. The US Marshal services have also offered a reward of $25,000 for information about his whereabouts. Baltimore is described as a 6-foot-tall black man with brown eyes. He has black hair and weighs around 215 lbs. There is also a reward of $14,000 from the ATP for informing the lead of his arrest.

Michael Baltimore was featured in numerous episodes of Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After. The barber leaked Jay’s secret to Ashley and revealed that he was on her with another woman. After the fatal death of Cook, Michael was put in police custody. However, he managed to flee from jail. He has a long history of crime. As per the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections report, Michael was on Parole in December 2017. After multiple eyewitnesses testified about the murder, he was put behind bars. One of the witnesses, Anthony White, stated to the Police that he saw Baltimore killing Cook.
The news also grabbed the attention of Ashley Martin, and she also paid condolences to the victim via one of her Instagram posts. Ashley said that she was praying for everyone involved in the incident. She added in her caption, “This is the barbershop who told me about Jay’s transgressions on 90 Day Fiance”.
