90 Day Fiance: Everything That Happened During Geoffrey Paschel’s Appeal!
Geoffrey Paschel’s appeal proceedings finally came to an end. It happened after his lawyer presented a set of oral arguments in court. He did so so that they “overturn” his conviction. Attorney M. Jeffrey Whitt focussed on two sets of testimonies. The first was from a cop who looked at the marks on Geoffrey Pascel’s chest to say those looked “self-inflicted.” The lawyer argued in the court that the police officer was no “expert.” Hence, his testimony is of no use.
Geoffrey’s ex had testified that her phone had pictures of her bruises from the time the 90 Day Fiance star hurt her in the past. When he kidnapped her, he deleted all these pictures from the device. Hence, Whitt mentioned in court that past instances weren’t allowed in court. He compared the woman’s statements to a “bell that can’t be unrung.” Therefore, Paschel should get a “re-trail” based on these arguments.
