Season 3 is already getting heavier with serious topics. Baylen Out Loud focuses on Baylen Dupree, on the precipice of starting a new life with Colin. Amidst the merriment of wedding planning, the new season also features much more than just Tourette’s. Baylen discusses her health issues, including endometriosis, in the new season.
Baylen opened up about facing struggles other than Tourette’s and tics. Endometriosis is something that she openly talks about. With the wedding approaching, the 23-year-old sits down with her mother and sister to discuss baby-making plans. She gets emotional thinking about how her condition can prove challenging to start a family. Keep reading to know more about it.

Season 3 of Baylen Out Loud is airing now, and while the wedding prep is keeping some fans tuned in, others have checked out. Many viewers feel the season is dragging. The big reason? Baylen’s Tourette’s symptoms have improved a lot since Season 1. Back then, her tics were more severe, which kept fans engaged while also raising awareness of the condition. Now Baylen can delay her tics in public, cook alone, and even travel solo. That is great for her, but some fans feel it has taken the heart out of the show.
To fill the gap, producers appear to be leaning hard into family drama and sisterly rifts. Fans are not buying it. One viewer called it “ridiculous family drama that has zero to do with raising awareness.” Others joke that the wedding feels like Baylen’s day, not Colin’s. Many fans admit they just keep the show on in the background while they work and are no longer that invested as before.
Baylen is getting real about one of her biggest fears – not being able to have children. The Baylen Out Loud star recently shared that she and her partner, Colin, have hit pause on their baby conversations. Baylen explained that her current battle with tics is not ideal for starting a family. She wants to be in a better place with managing Tourette’s before bringing a child into the world.
The TikToker and reality star also points out that her tics are only part of the problem. Behind the scenes, she is also facing an endometriosis diagnosis. The condition is making her genuinely scared about her future as a mom. Baylen shared that she has dealt with painful periods since she was a teenager. It has gotten worse and worse over the last two years. Also, she knows the sad statistics – about 30%-40% women suffering from endometriosis cannot bear children, which is the root cause of her fears.
But Baylen also visited a medical professional to see the status. Her gynecologist could not help her with some answers. The doctor told her she has all the symptoms of endometriosis, but cannot give her an official diagnosis without surgery. Baylen has not had that surgery yet. Her doctor referred her to a specialist who focuses specifically on endometriosis so she can take the next step and figure out exactly what her body is dealing with.
