The Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday’s episode tease that Nicole will experience severe abdominal aches and will need medical attention. Gabi will rush her to the hospital. After a check-up, Kayla will inform Nicole that she is pregnant! This news will hit Nicole like a lightning bolt because she was previously told that she could not carry a pregnancy to term. This will certainly be a concerning factor for her. However, there will also be another pressing question that will weigh heavily on her!
Nicole and EJ have been making a lot of progress on Days of Our Lives. They have obviously been intimate with each other. However, during the whole drugged biscuit fiasco, Nicole and Eric hit the sheets while under the effect of the drugs. This happened days before Nicole’s pregnancy. Thus, creating confusion that Eric or EJ, either of them, could be the father of her baby! This is where things could get tricky! If Sloan finds out that Nicole is pregnant, she will fear that it could be Eric’s baby. Sloan knows Eric and Nicole were recently intimate. Moreover, she knows how badly Eric wants children.
