The two will set to drive away from Salem, but end up crashing straight into Nicole’s car on Days of Our Lives. The accident will cause Nicole to go into early labor. Leo will then assist her in giving birth right there on the road-side. Later, Dimitri’s path will collide with Sloan and she he will drop off Nicole’s baby with her.
Having Nicole’s baby in her hands will change the course of the storyline in the upcoming episodes. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Melinda will convince Sloan to bribe a doctor to tell Nicole that her baby did not survive. Meanwhile, taking the baby home to Eric as their adopted baby.
