They have come in for a lengthy contract in the past. Now, it looks like it is Steve Burton’s chance. He might move to the original Days of Our Lives soon.
Recently, the actor sat down for an interview with Soap Opera Digest. There he revealed what it is like moving on from General Hospital. General Hospital is the soap where Steve Burton had worked for years. In fact, he called home for many years. However, GH had to let him go after the whole COVID vaccine mandate situation. So now, the actor is moving ahead in his career, and this is what he has to say.
In an interview with SOD, the actor said that he is open to a lot of things. While the reason Steve chose to work in the Days of Our Lives miniseries was that it was a limited role. When he went to the shoot, he had a warm experience. And that opened him up to trying new things. Burton says that he is open to hearing things, but it is up to Days of Our Lives and not him. He wants to wait to see what happens there.
