Recently, Deon took to social media to share a health update about another close family member. The Doubling Down With The Derricos star shared a full family picture on Instagram with Mama Debbie.
The latter became a part of the series during the surgery of Deon and Karen’s baby girl, Dawsyn. The TLC fans were praying for the baby girl’s health as she was born with a hole in her heart. She needed two surgeries at the time, along with a donor for heart tissue.
Unfortunately, Mama Debbie lost her daughter Tiffany at the same time and donated her heart tissue to baby Dawsyn. Ever since then, the family has been very close with Tiffany’s mom. Previously, Mama Debbie got into an accident, and Deon started a GoFundMe page for her.
Recently, the entire family went to California to meet Debbie and her family. He posted a beautiful picture of the family reunion on his account. Deon wrote, “We just wanted to come to see Mama Debbie and the rest of our fam.”
He went on to address all those who had been asking about her health and donated money for her treatment. The reality TV celeb added, “We thank you and she’s doing very good and she says thanks for all the love from you all.”
