Recently, we saw that Sam Mitchell fled Walford after causing a whole lot of drama for the Mitchells. Phil took a real hit when Sam spilled the beans about his cheating with Emma Harding. And guess what? EastEnders’s departure marathon marches on with another legendary exit.

Martin Visits His Big Sister
Following Sam Mitchell’s emotional exit, it’s about time for Martin Fowler to bid adieu to the town for some time. The latest EastEnders spoilers suggest Martin hopping a flight to Australia. In the latest episode, he told Honey Mitchell about his plans to meet with his older sister, Michelle. Moreover, Martin revealed that Michelle had a hysterectomy, so he wanted to be with her during the downtime. Michelle has been living in Australia since leaving Albert Square in 2018. Martin planned to stay there for at least a few weeks.
In addition, Martin recalled his mother’s incident while comparing the current situation to hers. His mother, Pauline Fowler, also underwent a hysterectomy in 1989 following the diagnosis of fibroids. Additionally, Martin shared that Michelle isn’t the only one needing his support; Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) needs it too. What’s Sharon upto in Australia?
EastEnders Spoilers: Sharon Makes a Beeline for Australia
We know that Sharon took off for Australia earlier this month to elude the frenzy following Keanu Taylor’s murder. Linda and Denise weren’t the only ones going mad in the aftermath of the Christmas crime. Sharon couldn’t take it either, as revealed by EastEnders spoilers. When the ladies headed to the cafe to finally bury Keanu’s hidden body, Sharon lost it. Later, Sharon told Kathy Beale that she still saw his face everywhere. She eventually chose to flee the town to escape the madness. Sharon also took his son Albie with her as we caught them heading to the tube station.
Afterward, Zack told the Six about Sharon’s visit to Michelle in Australia. The ladies were horrified as now they had one less person on the team to deal with the grave situation. Sharon did make a cowardly move, leaving the rest in misery. But will her truth stay hidden?
Martin will visit Sharon and Michelle soon. Will he catch onto Sharon’s shady moves and work out what really went down with Keanu’s murder?
