Laura posted a number of pictures where she is seen posing with her long-time boyfriend and said that she loves their life. The two of them first met in the 2000s when they were a part of the show Guiding Light. Laura played the character of Cassie, and Wes played the role of Sam on the soap. Nothing happened there. However, flash-forward to 2017, they reunited at a Daytime Emmy party, and things changed after that.
As Wes Ramsey explains it, they thought it was a coincidence of circumstance that the two of them ran into each other at a party. But, at that moment, he knew that his life was shifting. He says that when he uses words like fate or destiny, he thinks of that night.
