General Hospital: Laura Puts On A Brave Face, Sonny Consoles Her
In this episode of General Hospital, we saw Laura reflect upon her memories in the hospital. She always believed this place was her home, somewhere she felt safe. Laura vows that today would be no different from all the other days she has spent in the city. She puts on her strong face for Portia Robinson, Epiphany Johnson, and Britt Westbourne. This leaves Britt in awe on how well Laura is handling it.
Meanwhile, Violet Finn is at the hospital, after getting into some poison oak. Hamilton Fin requests the mayor to speak to Violet and get her to stop scratching herself. Not only that, Sonny Corinthos lands in the hospital after a heavy day at the boxing ring. He checks on Laura because he had seen the invader’s latest dispatch.
After meeting with a few faces, Laura walks into a room where most of the PC residents are present. They all gather for a strategy session to save Laura’s political career. Kevin adds to the mix and gives Laura reassurance. Together, they join a meeting with Scott Baldwin. Laura instructs Mac Scorpio to go back to the PCPD and the others remain to discuss strategy. Scott, Carly, Robot, Alexis, and Curtis are all in attendance for the meeting.
Alexis argues that she has to publish the story about the petition against Laura because it is her job. On the other hand, Scott is of the opinion that it is not possible for there to be enough signatures for them to revoke a mayoral election for Port Charles. They discuss the anonymous articles and their consequences on Laura’s career.
In the meeting, Carly suddenly acts as the peacemaker and asks Ned about his political ambitions. He said he no longer harbored them. Meanwhile, Scott brings a list of names who supported the call for reflection and asks Laura to look through them. Laura finds Bobbie Spencer’s

General Hospital: Is Victor The Culprit? Laura Arrives At Pentonville
Victor Cassadine seems to be a suspect for the oped in this episode of General Hospital. However, he defends himself by saying that had he written it, he would not have remained anonymous. Curtis continues digging for information and calls Laura with an update on the money trail that leads to Friends of Port Charles.
After Laura arrives at Pentonville and finds Cyrus as he had been transferred there, she decides to confront him. He had assumed that Laura had already read his letter after their call. He told her that it would be impossible for him to run an organization from prison, he was only one of the advisors. However, the truth is out, Cyrus was indeed responsible for the attacking letter on Laura.
Cyrus was on about how he had found God; she confronted him about his faith and asked him where God was when he was writing the cruel letter. Eventually, her anger subsides, and she forgives him.
