Carly And Sonny Getting Divorced
For starters, Carly met with her divorce attorney to discuss the next steps. While Carly knows that Sonny will not be able to handle this news in a proper way, she is keeping her options open. The spoilers for the week of February 21-25, 2022, suggest that Sonny and Carly sit down for negotiations. So, it seems like they will move forward with a divorce.
Regular viewers know that Carly’s decision will affect Sonny a lot. But all of this is happening because Sonny hit the sheets with Nina recently. Nina is the woman that Carly despises, and she can’t fix a marriage that includes three people. Fans know that Sonny and Carly have been going through a hard time for a while now. And, now that Sonny has hit the sheets with Nina, that is the last straw for Carly to take.

While Carly is in a vulnerable position in her life. She won’t be able to forget what she saw at the Haunted Star. While her kids and family love her, this betrayal wouldn’t pass by easily. Sonny Might Not Like Drew And Carly’s Closeness
Just when Sonny came back, Carly thought everything would be better again. As and when things started to settle down, Nina came to Port Charles and made things worse for Sonny and Carly’s marriage. Now that Sonny has cheated on Carly, she not just feels rejected but also heartbroken. Sonny didn’t understand what Carly must be feeling but now that he witnesses Carly getting closer to Drew. He might go through the same hurt and pain.
Sonny already struggles through the memories of Carly and Jason almost getting married. Fans know that Sonny is a possessive guy, so he won’t like Carly moving on. At some point, he might be ok with Carly moving on but watching her with Drew will just not be something that Sonny can take.
