On Friday, Esme will come up with a creative plan and escape from Wyndemere. General Hospital spoilers claim Liz will come cross paths with Finn, and both will face some tension. They will seek help from Kevin and will also suspect that Esme might have gone to Spring Ridge to meet her father.
