General Hospital spoilers for April 29, 2022, reveal that the upcoming episode will bring a lot of struggles and conflicts. To begin with, Willow will be struggling when Harmony is in hospital, fighting for her life. Then, Sasha will talk to Brando privately about the whole car accident situation.

Willow Seems To Be Struggling
General Hospital spoilers for Friday reveal that Willow will be struggling with Harmony’s accident. She won’t be able to make sense of how Carly and Alexis have been involved in all this since she doesn’t know all the facts. While waiting to get a word on her mother’s condition, she will tell Michael that she doesn’t want to be alone. Michael will obviously assure her that he will stay with her.
It is likely that Willow will blame herself for pushing her mother away, and she will not be able to forgive herself for it. But, Michael will persuade her to think positively and hope that Harmony will get better.
More spoilers suggest that Josslyn will also arrive at the General Hospital and ask Carly about what happened. Carly will tell everyone that Harmony put multiple lives in danger, and she was one of them. There is a possibility that Harmony might tell Willow about the bio-mom truth, which will be a cliffhanger of Friday’s episode.
General Hospital: Sasha Talks To Brando
Moving forward in the episode, Sasha Gilmore will talk to her husband about everything that happened. Brando will also want to know why the photographer was following Sasha, which will bring tears to her eyes. Viewers might see Sasha asking Brando to sit with him privately, so this might be when she might confess her drug use.
But again, she might not do so since the photographer summoned Smoltz. Smoltz could cross paths with Brando before she makes a confession. Brando will get furious when Smoltz asks for a comment. General Hospital spoilers hint that Brando might end up hitting Smoltz before Dante arrives at the spot to stop them.
Ava Is Furious
Next on General Hospital, Ava Jerome will get the news that Sonny has vowed not to harm Esme. Laura wants Esme out of Wyndemere, and so does Ava. So, these two ladies might agree on throwing Esme out of their house. But, Nikolas will intervene and not agree with them. This will obviously rile Ava up, and she might mull over the possibility of getting a divorce from her husband.
But, all of this might also be a part of Ava and Nikolas’ plan where Nik sides with Esme. Ava will feel like Nik is cutting Esme too much slack, so she will not accept that. It seems like Nikolas has to get Ava on board with his plan. Otherwise, he might end up losing his marriage.
General Hospital: Spencer Protects Esme
Rounding off the GH spoilers, Spencer will have to think quick when Esme catches him with Trina. Trina said that Spencer should go home to his “phony twisted bitch”. Spencer stood up for Esme and told Trina that she was everything but that. Moreover, Spencer will call Trina out for name-calling Esme and also mention that she is the love of her life.
Then, Trina will obviously lash out at Spencer for making the wrong choice and tell him that he will regret all this. Trina is unaware of Spencer’s plan, so she is angrier than ever. After Spencer leaves, Esme will taunt Trina about something. But Trina will argue that Esme is going down for good this time.
