The 50-year-old drinks more than required and claims, “Oh my god, I’m lit!”

However, Erika still had the guts to say she was fine and drank even more. She also revealed that she had mixed her medications and alcohol. Meanwhile, the fans aren’t finding it cute. She is taking Lexapro. According to WebMD, it is Escitalopram used to treat depression and anxiety. Hence, when Jayne takes her medication and alcohol together, it can cause drowsiness and alter how the brain works. Therefore, it is advisable not to take the medication with alcohol.

Jayne is going through a serious financial lawsuit. Her husband, Tom Girardi, is now barred as a lawyer in California. Meanwhile, several allegations suggest that Erika was the forefront woman of the scandal. And there are chances she might go bankrupt. The court has ordered the authorities to capture each of Tom’s assets. Hence, those assets include even the expensive gifts that Girardi gave to Erika. And that includes $750 diamond earrings.
Hence, the authorities want that, and Jayne isn’t letting the officials take over the earrings. Meanwhile, Jayne appealed to the judge that she was an innocent spouse.
