Sister Wives: Christine Brown Says “Goodbye” After Filming Her LAST Episode

SISTER WIVES

TLC: CHRISTINE BROWN

Christine’s choice to seek divorce from Kody Brown after 27 years of marriage was the primary plot point of Sister Wives Season 17. She concluded that she could no longer find happiness in a loveless relationship. The latest season showed how Christine’s decision had an unavoidable effect on the entire family. However, filming for the next season is almost done. In fact, Christine updated fans about the production by offering a behind-the-scenes look from Flagstaff, Arizona. After recording the last confessionals at the Flagstaff venue, Christine describes the feeling as “bittersweet”. Keep reading for more info on this.

Sister Wives: “It’s A Little Bittersweet,” Christine Says After Filming Last Episode In Flagstaff

Christine Brown has been peacefully living in Utah since last year with her youngest daughter, Truely. Although, that aspect of her life hasn’t been fully presented on the show yet. She, however, did record her and her family enjoying a cookout at her property in Utah. When Season 17 came to a conclusion, TLC released the Tell All style episodes. As is unusual for the former third wife, Christine is taking fans behind the scenes in an extremely touching TikTok video. On December 27, she shared a TikTok video of her last shooting in Flagstaff. The Sister Wives star showed the behind-the-scenes of the Flagstaff set, where the confessionals have been shot for several seasons.

I filmed this the last day I was on the Flagstaff set. I travel back-and-forth for a year. An 8 hour drive every other week. So glad to finally settle in Utah! #fyp #foryoupage #christinebrown #sisterwives #interview #production #behindthescenes

In the video, she told her fans, “This is the last day that I’m on the set in Flagstaff,” while calling it a little “bittersweet”. She also showed the couch where they sat for years, discussing the show and expressing her feelings. The set shown by Christine was actually a garage of the house. The Sister Wives star also reveals the opposite half of the set, which includes the dressing area and the seating area for the cast, crew, and producer. These are the places where the cameras are frequently present. Wrapping up her video, she said, “This is it for today. Goodbye Flagstaff.”

Sister Wives: Season 18 Is On The Way

What does it imply for the show now that Christine Brown’s filming in Flagstaff is finished? What does this entail for her and Sister Wives in addition? Since Christine revealed that she filmed at her house, it has been speculated that there would be a Season 18. In addition, Mykelti was reportedly shooting while pregnant with her twin boys in Flagstaff. Unfortunately, Meri and Janelle, Kody’s first and second spouses, have since parted ways. Therefore, that may alter how everything functions in the future of the show, but it is too soon to tell.

Following their divorce, Christine said in an interview that she made a promise to Kody to keep shooting the show. Moreover, she offered a behind-the-scenes look inside her house, shooting for the first time in November. Given that three out of four wives have left Kody, perhaps Season 18 will debut earlier than expected. Sadly, it is impossible to predict when the new season will premiere. The show dates for the Sister Wives seasons are random and without rhyme or reason. Seasonal gaps can range in length from a few months to a year. Additionally, TLC often offers the public only a few weeks notice before the start of the season. For all latest Sister Wives updates, keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers.
