Meri Brown from Sister Wives has always had a bittersweet relationship with all the Brown kids. Previously, Mykelti and Paedon revealed that Meri is very abusive, and it’s a nightmare to live with her. Many of them have complained that Meri is sadistic and that she derives pleasure from torturing the kids. Moreover, even her own child, Leon, does not have a very good relationship with their mom because of how she reacted to their sexuality.
However, Gwendlyn recently came in support of Meri. After splitting from Kody, Meri decided to go on solo adventures. She is experimenting with new looks and going to places to reconnect with herself. Gwen loved Meri’s self-discovery journey and was seen hyping her. This is quite new, as for the first time, one of the Brown kids showed affection towards Meri.
Sister Wives: Paedon Reveals Robyn Saved Them From Meri!
Paedon from Sister Wives once revealed that Robyn saved them from Meri’s torture. He shared that his sister Maddie has been scared her whole life because Meri hurt her. Meri directed all her hatred and frustration towards the little one, and it took a toll on her mental health.
The Brown kids were dealing with Meri’s abusive behavior for their whole lives. Paedon further explained that he can never hate Robyn because she, in a way, saved them all from Meri. She most definitely saved Mykelti’s life, and he further added, “I can never hate Robyn because she opened several eyes.”
Sister Wives: Gwen Supports Meri After Abuse Accusations!
Sister Wives star Meri is no longer a part of the plural family. She left the family a few years back and, since then, she has been trying to lead life on her own terms. In the meantime, there were certain rumors that she did not have a good relationship with the kids. However, it seems like she still maintains a good rapport with the Brown kids. A while ago, Mykelti revealed Meri had abused her. Now, her sister Gwen supported Meri over the abuse accusations.
Recently, Meri shared a post on social media that she is on a solo trip across the country and attending events hosted by motivational speaker Mel Robbins. Taking to the comment section, Gwen dropped in a supportive comment, writing, “Love the adventures!” This is the first time someone from the Brown family has openly supported Meri. Gwen has even previously opened up that she has never faced Meri’s negative side.
In 2023, Gwendlyn revealed in an interview that since her childhood, she has been around Meri, and only once has she seen her get violent. Meri has never attacked her, but she saw her sister, Mykelti, taking the blow. However, Gwen also emphasized that it was years ago, and they have all grown up now. She also accepted that Meri was scary as a kid and had certain moments when she was rude, but she has never been physical with anyone except Mykelti.
Gwen further added that she believes that everyone deserves a second chance. She doesn’t know much, but she is sure that Meri met with more dislike than any of Kody’s wives.
