Amid all this, Janelle finally decided to open up about the same. She revealed that she is single mainly because of Christine. During a recent interview, the latter narrated an incident where she went on a camping trip with David and Christine. She stated that when they all were making food and stuff, Janelle was quick to comment, ” Oh, you’ve got someone who really helps.”
Christine explained that David helps her a lot with almost everything. After watching this, Janelle called the couple “a real team.” But she added, “I don’t need this. I don’t want this, actually.” The Sister Wives celeb admitted that she doesn’t want “another person” in her life. As per Janelle, Christine might need a man, but she doesn’t want it for now.
Janelle added, “No, not at this stage. Yeah, not at this stage.” She explained in an exclusive conversation with People that she currently has an “exciting professional life,” and her “youngest” has graduated from high school. So, the celeb has all her kids and grandkids, and she wants to “explore” this part of her life.

She used the phrase “extremely complicated” to describe dating. The celeb explained how she had been in a spiritual marriage for almost 30 years, and now she is on a different wavelength and is doing something else in her life.
So, dating seems to be quite complicated for her. Yet Janelle admitted, “So I’m sometimes a little lonely at night, but it’s OK. It’s OK, I’ll survive.” She predicted that perhaps she would be ready to dive back into the dating realm after ten years. Not only this, but the celeb hasn’t completely shut the doors to polygamy in her life.
Janelle believes that polygamy provides her “freedom” and “independence.” She added, “I think it was a good fit for me.” She even wondered how a monogamous marriage would work because she hadn’t been familiar with it.
