In the interview with US Magazine, He admits that he will have to calm down, and he needs to invite all the wives to calm them down. He says that now when he watches the episodes, he does like, Holy Cow, why was I so angry? Why was he in such a bad place? Now he tells himself that he really needs to calm down.

Kody explains the whole dynamic between his wives and himself by pointed out like, he says that it is like they are the oldest daughter or son in the family, and on the other hand, he (Kody) is the fourth child. He explains that his wives are used to being in charge and being the boss. And now, he is in a world where he is supposed to be in charge but really is at the bottom. Continuing on, he says that he feels like his wives are living four separate lives, but he doesn’t feel like he is living four lives. He feels strung in these relationships. In fact, to him, it feels like his wives are in four very different worlds. They are in different stages of their lives.

COVID Has Only Made Things More Difficult

Kody explains that the pandemic has made the matter worse for the family. He had to have an attitude where he had to tell his wives that they will all get their own time. So, they can survive the time apart. However, The hardest thing there was that they had to choose. Kody says that as they got into the pandemic, they were all very weak. They had established some ground rules to prevent the exposure of the virus. The most important thing was to keep spreading it through the whole family.

Kody explains that some of them have been more willing to abide by the rules than others. It has been very challenging for them. Kody and Meri, in particular, have had a number of issues lately. She admitted that she thinks that their marriage was dead and over despite the breakdown of the relationship. Kody says that his wives would have to initiate a divorce. He says that his wives need to understand that they can leave. If it isn’t working for them, they can leave. They aren’t prisoners.
