Turns out fans felt that the first wife might have taken a passive-aggressive dig at Christine. Well, Meri Brown, in her “Friday with Friends” live stream, said something that got her trouble.
With the first wife, her best friend, Jen Sullivan, filmed a video at Lizzie’s Heritage Inn. Meri told the cameras, “you guys, it’s a cooking show today, we know you want the cooking show with just Jen.” Well, “Just Jen,” doesn’t it sound familiar? The Sister Wives audience felt so. Moreover, to point out, Meri’s tone and laughter exhibit that she’s taking a dig at Christine Brown.
The TLC audience took to Reddit to bash the first wife by calling her a “mean girl.” Fans felt that the 51-year-old directed her comment at the ex-wife. Kody’s wife took to Instagram to share how she has tried recipes that were “super original.” In addition, she emphasized trying out random video recipes that she used to do “back in September.”

The audience is not happy with Meri throwing shade at Christine. However, another Instagram story of the former indicates the same. She posted a quote that said imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. And in another story, it hints that she was accusing someone of “copying” her. Well, the Sister Wives viewers aren’t flattered by Meri’s behavior. So, they lashed out at the first wife.
They claimed that Meri Brown was the worst enemy to have. Some also added that jealousy doesn’t suit her. Furthermore, some fans suspect that the first wife doesn’t like how Christine progresses after the split. More so, some mean comments claimed that Mariah would go to Christine’s to eat.
