The Browns witnessed a significant change in 2010 when Robyn Brown entered the family. Apparently, this one person was capable enough to influence the internal dynamics of the show and shook them to the core. Since she came, favoritism, rifts, and ignorance have been a common scene in the episodes. However, because of this, the other three wives got fed up and decided to part ways with the patriach. So, it seems that good things are paving the way for the fourth wife, as now she might become the sole owner of not only Kody but the family’s property as well!
As per TheCelebTalkGuy, before Christine left, she had around 17% of the ownership of the Coyote Pass. While Janelle had 32% and Meri had over 15%. Hence, above all, Robyn had 34.5% of the land, which had Kody’s name in it as well because he had his name on each deed. However, after Christine decided to leave in 2021, she sold her part for just 10$ to the patriarch. This makes Robyn and Kody’s percentage increase to 52% of the land.
Not only this, but the land which Christine gave was also undistributed. In addition to that, it was decided that every wife would share some portion with another wife. However, as usual, Robyn didn’t agree to this and wanted everything for herself. Hence, it proved Janelle’s words that the fourth wife alienated herself and her children, not the other way around. However, it will be interesting to watch that even after everything, Janelle will still be interested in building her dream house on the family property.
Sister Wives: What Will Be The Future Of Coyote Pass?
As per the current scenario, it is difficult to predict what will be the future of Coyote Pass. Apparently, Sister Wives star Christine has completely washed off her hands from CP. Although Meri wanted the pond, she was never interested in building her house on it, while Janelle was the most eager one to do so. However, right now, it’s only Robyn and Kody who are living in a huge mansion on the property. So it becomes a matter of concern that after shooing away all the other wives, will Kody be able to pay off the family alone?
