A source told Thesun that people in “North Carolina” have “30 days to respond” to a “civil case.” They think “those 30 days” ended in the Teen Mom couple’s case, so they have to respond. The “first step” is “to set up temporary child custody,” and Jenelle has to file for it. According to the source, Jenelle has filed only a protective order against David.
However, another source said that Jenelle claims she has some “smoking gun(s)” of dirt against David. She might also use some in the court. The report of Jenelle’s claim comes up after she refused to divulge things about David. She had told the fans she was “scared for her life” and that David might harm her. But now there are reports that Jenelle might be using these “gun(s)” in court.

The account revealed that “#JenelleEvans” was also on the “#TeenMomTheNextChapter cast” in the Google search.
Teenmomfanz claimed “this” was “a recent change.” According to the account, “Jenelle was not on the list a few days ago.” This sent the “rumor mill” into overdrive. Many opined that “Jenelle is making a return” to Teen Mom. She made a cameo in 2022 in The Next Chapter. But the star never became a full-time member. Now, fans feel she is returning. However, some disagreed, saying that MTV would have made “an official announcement” about it. The “ Google search” shows Jenelle was there in 2022 as she “went to Bri’s party.”
Even Jenelle has hinted about her potential comeback. In a previous Instagram Q&A, a fan asked if she might return “to Teen Mom” in case “MTV invited” her.
