Now, it seems that she finally granted a restraining order against David for six months.
She told the court about being in danger and wanted to protect herself and the kids from her estranged husband. The MTV star also felt that her life would be in danger due to her husband’s collection of firearms. As per The Ashleys, Jenelle accused her husband of harassing her by constantly talking about her through text messages or social media.
A source claimed, “The reason it was granted basically was that the number of times David texted or talked about Jenelle could count as harassment,” So, the court barred Eason from posting about his estranged wife on social media or visiting their schools. The reality TV star also expressed her fears after learning about his collection of firearms.
Hence, the court ordered him to surrender his firearms. Meanwhile, Jenelle couldn’t stop David from meeting Ensley and put her in the active custody case. However, the court has not specified how he could meet her. But David could not meet Jenelle or go near her house. Further, he was restricted from talking about the MTV alum on social media.
