As she removed her tubes, her only solution to get pregnant was IVF.
A few months ago, Mackenzie shared that doctors implanted two of her embryos in her. The diva is over the moon because her efforts have finally paid off. She is pregnant with twins. On April 8, she hosted a Q&A on her Instagram and revealed how her twin pregnancy differs from her other pregnancies. She also revealed the exact month in which her babies will arrive.

The diva added that she never had morning sickness with others, but this time she is having it. Furthermore, this is the first time her belly is growing so fast. Earlier, she felt unprepared for the pregnancy, but now she is ready. She feels more mature.
Fans might know that McKenzie has diabetes, and this time, her diabetic care is top-notch. On the other hand, this is the first time her mother is not around when she is pregnant. Her mother, Angie Douhit, passed away, and it was quite a dark time for her. On the brighter side, her new partner, Hall, is very supportive. During this pregnancy, she is not chasing a man and begging him to set up his game. Her partner loves her belly 24/7.
Mackenzie further added that this is the first pregnancy where she can relax because it’s not her responsibility to check if the bills are paid. In a way, she taunted her ex Josh and how he was never around to help. During the same session, a fan asked if she is due in August.
