Over the years, she and her baby daddies have indulged in fierce custody battles over their children. One such baby daddy is Jo Rivera. The fandom might remember that Kail and Jo butted heads recently over Elliot’s 50-50 custody arrangement. “He does not want to settle down at one of our houses and then get up a week later and have to go to the other parent’s house,” she shared.

Recently, on her Patreon, she exposed Jo for failing Elliot financially while answering fan questions. She has already said time and again that she and Jo don’t have a co-parenting relationship. Elliot communicates with both of them individually. “He has not contributed to Elliott’s cellphone, co-pays, haircuts, prom outfit, homecoming outfit, car, nothing,” she ousted Jo.

Apparently, Jo doesn’t pay for anything related to Elliot. Moreover, he never even asks if Kail needs any financial help for Elliot. Therefore, Kail thinks that since Jo doesn’t pay anything, he shouldn’t have any say in Elliot’s life’s decision-making. Jo is yet to make any official statements about Lowry’s claims.
