Her public defender has additionally submitted requests in court to have the list of witnesses whose testimony led to the charges against her. The reality TV star has also requested copies of witness statements and demanded a copy of the search warrant that could affect her guilt or innocence. Her latest hearing was on April 1st. This year, he was supposed to turn 17. On his birth anniversary, his grieving mother has penned down a heartfelt tribute for him.

In the tribute post, she wrote how much she wished that he were still here. “He was my greatest accomplishment in life; he was such a good person, so funny and wise beyond his years,” she gushed about her son. The reality star recalled how he hated it when she called him beautiful, but to her, he was so much more beautiful in so many different ways.

Then, she insisted she would rather think of the happy memories on his birth anniversary than the bad ones. “One of the best days of my life was April 2, 2009. Life was never the same after that. I love you so much. Happy 17th birthday, Little Weston,” she wrote. The post also featured numerous photos of Weston, some of him alone and others with Whitney.
