For decades The Bold and The Beautiful has revolved around Ridge’s constant waffling between Brooke and Taylor. It’s as if the Forrester Fashion scion can never make up his mind or stick to the decision he makes. Recently, instigated by Thomas’ lies, Ridge broke off his marriage with Brooke and proposed Taylor for marriage. However, right before the “I do’s,” Thomas’ lies were exposed, and Ridge abandoned Taylor at the altar and crawled back to Brooke to accept him back. But by then, both women had had enough of him. They turned their backs on him and joined forces as besties. But can their friendship last? Especially when their anger fades, and Ridge becomes a prospect again!
Brooke And Taylor The New Besties In Town
For decades the ladies were at war with each other on The Bold and The Beautiful. However, after Ridge’s latest failure at sticking to his words, they decided to dump him and choose each other. Brooke and Taylor not only buried the hatchet but emerged as best gal pals on the CBS soap. They soon started to pass all the tests of friendship with flying colors. Brooke gave her unwavering support to Taylor when she was struggling to come to terms with Bill’s blackmail. It struck her hard that Bill was threatening her daughter Steffy of exposing Taylor if she didn’t back off of Sheila.
Not only did Brooke lend her support to Taylor, she even opened her home to Taylor on The Bold and The Beautiful. She insisted that Taylor move in with her so she can keep her safe and comfortable. The ladies have been spending so much time together and constantly encouraging each other to start living their best lives with a fresh start. Their friendship has come as such a refreshing change for the viewers and is truly endearing. However, we can’t shrug off the nagging feeling that this is too good to be true and won’t last for long. Will Ridge Come Between Brooke And Taylor’s Friendship On The Bold And The Beautiful?
Brooke and Taylor joined forces on The Bold and The Beautiful and created an intervention of sorts for Ridge. The ladies insisted that it’s high time for Ridge to figure out what is it that he really wants and for once and for all. Stick to it! This led to Ridge skipping town to go on a soul-searching journey. That’s why he has been missing from the Los Angeles scene. Meanwhile, Brooke and Taylor’s friendship is thriving in his absence. However, he can’t stay forever. Eventually, the indecisive dressmaker will return home. What will happen then? Will it have an impact on Brooke and Taylor’s newfound amiability?
Both the ladies have been involved with Ridge for what seems like forever on The Bold and The Beautiful. Feelings that have lasted over so many decades are unlikely to vanish into thin air just like that. Brooke and Taylor are able to be cordial in Ridge’s absence because he had been the only bone of contention between them. Thus, when he returns, their feelings for him might return too. Moreover, if he comes to Los Angeles with a decision in tow, it could spell disaster. Especially if the decision is in favor of one damsel, then the other will be left heartbroken. It’s doubtful that they would be able to stay besties if one of them gets involved with Ridge again.
