Ashley Abbott and Tucker McCall are probably one of the hottest and coldest couples of The Young and The Restless. They’ve come together and moved apart so many times that just keeping count makes our heads spin! Not too long ago, Ashley felt betrayed by Tucker and jetted off to Paris in an attempt to get away and over him. However, the golden-haired beauty is now back in Genoa City and is already making some rather feisty moves!
As fans already know, Tucker’s company is sinking on The Young and The Restless. That’s something Victor and Victoria Newman had high hopes of taking advantage of. They wanted to take over his company by acquiring his debt. However, Ashley pulled the rug from under Victor’s feet. She bought out Tucker’s debt and beat Victor Newman to his game. Now the fans are wondering what would be Ashley’s next move. Tucker is really putting forth his best side and walking on the straight and the narrow as a reformed man.
Does that mean Ashley could give him another chance On The Young and The Restless? She clearly isn’t over him, nor is she immune to the effect he has on her. Moreover, has he really turned over a new leaf? He has proven enough times that he can’t always be trusted. What if Ashley gives him another chance, and he ends up pulling a fast one on her? This seems like a legit concern that not just us but many fans seem to have for Ashley. In a recent session of The Talk, actress Eileen Davidson (Ashley) was asked by a fan if Ashley can quit on whatever she has with Tucker.

And that’s probably the exact question many The Young and The Restless fans might want to ask. Lucky for them, Eileen answered the question! The talented actress admitted that she feels sorry for Ashley. Furthermore, she added that internally she keeps telling Ashley, “don’t do it, don’t do it.” But Ashley just can’t help it. She loves to hate him and hates to love him. At this point, actor Peter Bergman (Jack) jumped in and said Jack keeps telling her to “not do it, to not do it.” And, “that’s why she’s going to do it,” jumped in actor Jason Thompson (Billy). His interjection left the cast and the audience in splits.
Jokes apart, Eileen’s statement puts one thing in perspective. Ashley is definitely not done with Tucker on The Young and The Restless. So the fans can brace themselves for some more cat-and-mouse moments between the two. Thankfully for Ashley, she seems to have all the power at the moment. We hope the power dynamics remain the same if Ashley is going to give it another shot to Tucker. Because letting him gain the upper hand might leave Ashley regretting later!
