First, Victor and Adam will come in partnership to protect their family from potential danger. Then, Ashland looks tense as his web of lies might be untangled soon. Victor And Adam Join Hands
For starters, Y&R viewers know that Adam threatened Victor that he might leave Newman Media if Victor doesn’t accept his and Sally’s relationship. But, Victor will tell him that he needs Adam in protecting their family from potential danger. In the preview video, Victor is saying to Adam, “Ashland Locke cannot be trusted; he is not a Newman.” This statement clarifies a lot of things.
Fans also know that Victor is planning to take down Ashland, but he’s worried about her daughter’s heart and feelings. While Victor and Adam are talking, Victor also mentions that they need to protect their own, as in Victoria. Victor is worried that Ashland will endanger the whole Newman family. So, Adam and Victor might join hands to protect their family and business.
The Young And The Restless: Ashland Is Worried
Later in the clip, Ashland is seen drinking. It seems like he’s worried that all his plans and lies are going to be revealed soon. Locke believes that Victor is trying to put the puzzle pieces together, and Ashland’s world might come crashing down soon.
As much as we know Ashland, he will start planning and plotting soon again. TV Season & Spoilers previously reported that Ashland might try gaining Victoria’s trust. He might make it seem like Victor is behind Ashland and is trying to portray him in a bad light. By the looks of it, the situation is getting worse day by day, so the Lockeness monster might plan something to get out of this situation.
Billy Warns Victoria
Rounding off the clip was Billy Abbott trying to warn Victoria. Viewers know that when Victoria decided to marry Ashland, Billy tried to stop her. Billy didn’t try to stop marriage because he was jealous but because he knew who Ashland truly was. Abbott exposed a lot of Ashland’s secrets, but Victoria trusted her fiance more and got married anyway.
Moreover, Billy also tried explaining his concerns to Victor, but he shut Billy down too. So, now that Billy finds out that Victoria is going through a bit of a troublesome situation, Billy will have his “told you so” moment.
Billy will tell Victoria that he knows that she loves Ashland. But her husband is going to hurt her in a way that is going to be very hard to imagine. Viewers already know that Victoria’s suspicions against Ashland are growing stronger, so Billy’s warning might actually get to her head.
