Sally, Nick, and Adam’s current storyline on The Young and The Restless has a sense of Dejavu attached to it. We have seen this mystery go down so many times before. A love triangle happens, the lasse become pregnant and then begins the confusion over who the real baby daddy is! Will Y&R stop at this cliche angle to the tale, or will they take it another step forward by showing yet another paternity test report getting tampered? By the looks of Victor’s angst regarding Sally’s involvement with his sons, the story could very well be heading that way!
Victor Wants Sally Spectra Out Of Newman Hair
It has now become well established that Victor and Victoria Newman can’t even stand the sight of Sally Spectra on The Young and The Restless, let alone accept her as part of the Newman family. The mustache can’t help himself when it comes to being in control; he feels this incessant need to keep control over his business and family. He let his displeasure be known when Adam was involved with Sally. However, all hell broke loose when he found out that now his Golden Boy was dating Sally.
If there is one thing worse than Adam dating Sally for Victor, it is Nick dating Sally. Unfortunately, Victor’s worst nightmares have come true on The Young and The Restless. Sally is now cradling a Newman baby in her belly. There is no way Victor can have that. He was already trying to run Sally out of Genoa City, now the condition has become all the direr. One of his sons has become permanently connected to Sally through the baby. What will Victor do now? Can he “save” his Golden Boy, Nick, from Sally Spectra?
Victor Tampers Sally’s Paternity Test Report On The Young And The Restless
Victor Newman is a man of means and power on The Young and The Restless. He has eyes, ears, and hands pretty much everywhere in Genoa City. How hard would it really be for him to get to Sally’s paternity test report? It would be a piece of cake, to be honest! But why would Victor do that, you may ask? Well, Sally’s pregnancy may have complicated Victor’s mission of getting rid of her. So now, if she really is carrying a Newman baby, then Victor may not want to exile Sally and his grandchild to some far-off land where they could get into trouble. Thus, he may have to now choose lesser of the two evils. Let Sally be with Nick, or let Sally go back to Adam.
The choice is straightforward for him on The Young and The Restless. Victor would NEVER want Nick to be with Sally. Hence, he may have the reports changed in Adam’s favor. So if Adam is the father, then Nick may back off of Sally. And we know Sally and Adam still have feelings for each other! But then, there is also a much more evil route Victor could take! He could have the reports be negative for both his sons! That would plant doubt in Nick and Adam’s minds that Sally had been involved with a third man behind their back.
