However, he was not an unfamiliar face before Season 5, but his return is evident enough in this season. He was living with Olivia and Ethan in 2022 when he was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol.
The Welcome To Plathville castmate was merely 19 when he was charged with DUI. Nathan was found unconscious at the wheel of his car by the Tampa police department. As per In Touch Weekly, he “provided a breath sample of .087/.088% BrAC.” His blood alcohol level was spiking more than 0.08%, which was the legal limit.
His elder sister, Olivia, and her husband, Ethan, bailed him out of jail. They supported him in his hour of need. But, they did not overlook his careless act. Nathan’s being underage to consume alcohol even added to their disappointment in him.
All they did was continue caring for the teen, hoping that he would overcome his DUI scandal with a new outlook toward life and hope for his future.

Olivia took to her Instagram the same month to share a heart-wrenching post. The reality TV star revealed that her brother was merely 15 years old when he died in a road accident.
Olivia Plath confirmed in her post that her brother was hit by a car while he was riding his bike. The heartbroken elder sister expressed her sorrow in the post, revealing the death of her brother, Micah.
Irrespective of the Plath family’s bitter relations with Olivia, they should have surrounded her with support and sympathy after her massive loss.
