He takes the accusations a step further when he attempts to get a gag order issued against Larissa for thrashing his name in media. According to the accusations, Larissa’s damaging statements to the media has caused a negative impact on his reputation. Moreover, it has also caused a lot of inconvenience to his family.

Colt says that Larissa is pointlessly calling it a bitter divorce which is far from what the truth really is. She is doing this on account of her reality show fame. She has called him a pedophile and a batterer along with calling his mom an alcoholic. Since she has been in the states, she has lied about how Colt treated her. He denies all of Larissa’s accusations.

Colt has pleaded the judge to issue a gag order against Larissa. This will stop her from talking about Colt in front of media. He mentions that all these unwanted statements are causing harm to his reputation and it needs to stop. He also calls the foundation of his marriage to Larissa faulty. It was doomed since the beginning. He says that Larissa doesn’t have any reason or grounds to stay in the United States.
Colt Points Out Larissa’s Glamorous Life: Where Is The Money?
Colt cleverly points out that as portrayed by the media, Larissa has been living a glamorous life. The interesting fact here is that 90 Day Fiance immigrants were not paid by the network. Clearly, Larissa wasn’t able to earn. At least that is what she says. But in the documents, Colt said that she has been paying for expensive haircuts and surgeries for the enhancement of her appearance.
As for Larissa asking him for support, he says that she doesn’t deserve a dime. In fact, she is the one battering him for the entire duration of his marriage. It is already been proven that Larissa is not pregnant. The Estranged couple does not have any common property to be split. When Colt filed for divorce, Larissa agreed that the marriage should end. However, she demanded spousal support from Colt. Colt informed the court that he is not seeking any form of spousal support from Larissa.
It seems like there are not many disputes for the lawyers to tackle in this case, thanks to the absence of pregnancy and any property.
