The new season of Welcome To Plathville has just hit TLC. Apart from showcasing the Plath family, the show has also shined the spotlight on Olivia, i.e., Ethan’s wife. Just like them, she, too, had a similar fundamentalist upbringing with her nine siblings.

They also question living the second phase of their life away from the religious restrictions. Olivia’s younger brother, Nathan, is still struggling with his beliefs. That’s because his bio made many fans upset, as it was about being against the queer community.

At the same time, Olivia has also been getting close to her siblings. In the recent episodes, fans saw her spending time with her sister, Lydia Grace, and brother, Nathan Meggs. They all collectively discuss how being brought up in a fundamentalist family did them harm.

But, now they are trying to look past that and come out of it. Well, Olivia’s brother Nathan is significantly younger than her. Welcome To Plathville fans have seen the former still struggling with her new identity after leaving the fundamentalist life behind.

The same is the case with her sibling. For instance, Nathan’s Instagram bio says that he is “anti-LGBTQ,” but at the same time, he mentioned hating the “sin” and not the “people.” Well, noted Instagram Blogger WithoutACrystallBall shared his bio on her Instagram. She also tagged TLC for having such castmates on the show.

Fans also thought it was quite ironic for the network to be having such castmates. That’s because TLC has promoted many people from the LGBTQIA community through shows like 90 Day Fiance, 1000 Lb Sisters, I Am Jazz, and so on. However, the network has not yet responded to this matter.

Welcome To Plathville: Nathan Messes Up Again! Has A DUI Under His Name

While Welcome To Plathville audience got to meet Nathan Meggs for the first time in Season 5, he has been pretty close to his sister Olivia. As per some reports, he had been living with Ethan and her around March 2022. That’s when the youngster got into some serious trouble.

Apparently, Nathan has a DUI charge under his name. The cops reported that Meggs was “unconscious” in the car’s driver seat while it was still on. He was at a gas station when it happened. The breath sample gave the reading of “087/.088% BrAC”, which was above the limit.

More information mentioned that Nathan was taken to the Hillsborough County jail in Florida. At last, Ethan and Olivia bore the cash bail bond in order to release him. Now that he is a part of the show, fans are excited to know more about him and observe Nathan’s bond with the Plaths and Olivia.
