General Hospital fans who have been keeping up with the soap have recently seen a lot of Brad’s aunt Selina Wu. However, we have been missing her for some time now. Everyone was wondering if she would be ever coming back or if she had gone. But now, the news has it, Selina portrayer Lydia Look is all set to return.
Soap Opera Digest recently revealed that Lydia Look had left General Hospital, but it is only temporary. She has taken time off for her extended trip overseas and will come back. In the recent issue of SOD, the actress had revealed that she would go and see her mother in Singapore by the end of the year. So, it looks like that is what has happened.
However, that isn’t all that would happen. Look revealed that ABC is planning a few storylines around her, and they had been wondering if she would come back to the states. To this, she asked them to wait for her, and now they will write her back soon. Look even says that if it weren’t for her mother, she would have been back to the states. She clears that December/January is always for her family, and they come first. But, with that said, she says that she will be back.
When Selina Wu comes back now, General Hospital will certainly bring in a lot of storylines in the upcoming days. Viewers already know that she does not approve of Brad’s relationship with Britt. But, Britt is already trying to bond again with Brad, and this is something that Selina will not approve of.
So, when she returns to Port Charles, things will heat up there. Not only that, Selina was supposed to help Sonny avenge Jason’s death. But, that did not pan out either.
