General Hospital recap for August 24, 2022, revealed the story of Portia and Curtis’ engagement. After their announcement, Jordan overheard Portia arrange genetic counseling for Trina’s parental side. Jordan warned Portia to be transparent in her relationship with Curtis.
But, Portia pretended always to be honest with him. Meanwhile, Selina warned Curtis about the upcoming shipment from The Savoy. Curtis did not want to be involved, but Selina gave him no choice. At the General Hospital, Portia prepared for Trina’s genetic counseling. Trina called and asked to speak to her doctor before the test.
Jordan Warns Portia
In this episode of General Hospital, Jordan eavesdropped on Portia. She heard her talking about a genetic counseling appointment for Trina Robinson and her paternal line. Later, Anna heard about the engagement and congratulated Curtis and Portia. Spencer caught Jordan getting flustered and dropping her purse. He got her some water and asked her if she was alright.
Curtis left to attend a call, and Jordan got the chance to give Portia a warning. She told her Curtis valued transparency, and hence, she hoped Portia wouldn’t repeat her mistakes. Regardless, Portia felt confident about her relationship with Curtis and said they did not hide things from each other.
General Hospital Recap: Selina Warns Curtis
In this episode of General Hospital, Portia thanked Spencer for what he did for Trina. She mentioned Trina’s recovery from the fiasco. Moreover, Portia wanted Spencer to find his happiness as well. Jordan told Anna she had some information that could become an obstacle in Curtis and Portia’s romance. She did not know what to do about it. Anna recommended she think about her motive behind breaking their relationship.
Speaking of Curtis, he met Selina. She mentioned that his tip about Oz Haggerty had been useful to her. Selina was looking forward to The Savoy taking a shipment for her. Curtis was against the idea as he did not want to partake in any illegal activities. Selina insisted things would go her way. Furthermore, she warned him not to make an enemy of her.
Portia Prepares For Trina’s Genetic Counseling
Meanwhile, at Kelly’s place, Trina wanted to know about Rory. She learned Rory was working on a graphic novel at the moment. He also liked to cook in his free time. Trina was happy to hear these things about him. Trina arrived at the pool with Rory and heard about Portia’s engagement.
Before congratulating Portia on her happy news, Trina took a moment to talk to Spencer. She told him how unfair the prison sentence was for him.
