So, he will request Diane leave Genoa City as it will be good for her. But, Diane wants to build a relationship with her son and will refuse to move back to LA. It looks like Victor will not be able to convince Diane but tell her if she tries to harm her family anyway, there will be consequences.
As for Diane, she will be out at a restaurant when Kyle shows up and pays the check. The spoilers tease that Diane might have forgotten her wallet at Society, so she might be worried until Kyle comes there. This will definitely bring more doubts about Diane being a gold digger. Long-time viewers know that Diane is not a trustworthy woman. But by the looks of it, she is trying to be a better mother to Kyle.
