The Young And The Restless: Tucker Tries To Play The Matchmaker, Pushes Devon-Abby Together

When it comes to manipulations, plotting and playing mind games, The Young and The Restless’ Tucker is an expert. We have seen many examples who his schemes playing out in the past and new mind games cannot be written off when he’s around. Now that Tucker is back in Geona City, we can assume he has a bag full of agendas in his tow. One of them is taking over Chancellor-Winters, and another, winning back love from Devon and Ashley.

While it is yet to be seen whether or not Ashley will respond to Tucker’s attempt at winning her back. Devon being his biological son, may still eventually open up to give Tucker another chance. Interestingly, this might lead Tucker to push Devon in Abby’s direction for a patch-up of their own. After all, Tucker, too, was an absentee dad to Devon, so he knows what it’s like and would not want that for his son ever.

On The Young and The Restless, Abby is currently with Chance Chancellor. She is raising Dominic, with Chance. However, in order to get Devon close to Abby again, Tucker may have to drive a wedge between Chance and Abby. Which may not actually be as hard as one might assume because a) Tucker is a master manipulator, and b) Chance really hasn’t been all that present for Abby and Dominic.

The Young And The Restless: Can Marriage Problems With Chance Lead Abby Back To Devon?

However, getting through to Abby won’t be easy for Tucker as she isn’t a big fan of him on The Young and The Restless. It is only through Devon that Tucker can reach her. Interestingly, Abby also happens to be close to Ashley! (Tucker’s agendas, remember?). So, if Tucker can convince Devon that he has turned a new leaf, he can win an inside road to both, his grandson Dominic, and ex-flame Ashley. Both through Abby.

So making Devon and Abby get together would play out very nicely in Tucker’s larger scheme of events. If Tucker can manage to get Chance to screw up his marriage, he can get a happy family of his own. Ashley by his side, Devon, Abby, and Dominic together could be a great vision for Tucker right now!
