Paola is a Colombian beauty who met the love of her life, Russ, in her homeland, where the latter was working as a field engineer. She soon moved to the U.S. after tying the knot in 2013. After living in Oklahoma City for some time, she decided to move to Miami to pursue her modeling career.
It was here that she found a new career as a certified personal trainer that her husband approved of in July 2017. Russ soon joined her in Miami and welcomed their first kid, Axel, there on January 1, 2019. The 90 Day Fiance castmate then made her pro-wrestling debut in May 2021.
Paola Mayfield has since been working as a personal trainer, besides sharing her fitness journey and similar content on her Super Pao Fit Team Instagram page. She even shares her favorite recipes that feature a meat-free yet protein-rich diet with her massive following.
Additionally, the mom of one from 90 Day Fiance also offers meal plans and workout programs. It also offers one-on-one coaching for her clients. Paola also sells resistance bands, her personalized autographed photos, and even her second-hand apparel items online.

90 Day Fiance: Is Paola Still Married To Russ?
Paola Mayfield hinted at trouble in her paradise with Russ in July 2021 through a cryptic tweet. She suggested that sometimes it is better for a person to move on when their relationship does not seem to last long enough.
Later, in August 2021, she and Russ disclosed that they were on a break after eight years of their marriage. Her manager also revealed to In Touch that the pandemic was difficult for everybody, especially Paola and Russ.
Despite all these hurdles in their marriage, the 90 Day Fiance couple recently celebrated ten years of their marriage. Paola and Russ took to their respective social media to express their love and dedication for each other on 13 October 2023.
Russ penned “A decade of dreaming and evolving! Happy anniversary amor de mi vida,” in his anniversary caption for Paola. She Paola wrote, “Can you believe it has been ten years since we said I do? Cheers for more years together!” as the caption of her anniversary post.
