Chrisley Knows Best: Savannah Teases A True-Crime Reality TV Series
Savannah Chrisley is busy being a single parent and handling her podcasts. The star is also in a loving relationship with her boyfriend, Robert Shiver. But she still misses her parents and hopes to have them back home soon. While Savannah is working towards her parents’ release, she is also making plans for the future. One of these plans concerns her future reality TV show.
The Chrisley Knows Best star recently discussed her plans on her Unlocked podcast. She plans to return to reality TV. However, she will be doing so with a slightly different show genre. Savannah will be making a true-crime reality series. Not only that, but she also explained that Todd and Julie’s prison experience inspired the series. Todd and Julie might even be a part of the series.
Savannah knows that when Todd and Julie “come home,” fans will “want that footage.” However, her “heart is telling” Savannah “to focus” on a true crime series. The series will focus on Todd and Julie’s case “and the ins and outs of it.” It will also include Savannah’s efforts for prison reforms. But Savannah won’t be doing all of this alone.
The Chrisley Knows Best star also revealed that she had partnered with former attorney Brett Tolman. Brett had launched the Right On Crime campaign. It’s a national campaign supporting “conservative solutions for reducing crime, restoring victims, (and) reforming offenders.” The campaign started in 2007 in Texas and focuses on “lowering taxpayer costs.” Like Savannah, they also want to implement “conservative criminal justice reforms across the nation.” A network is already in talks for the series. It wants to “see the true grit behind the whole case.”
