Evan Learns The Truth About His Son
Days of Our Lives recap relays that in the June 29 episode, Evan is perplexed as to how he may be the father of Jan’s kid. Evan had a flashback of meeting Jan in the jail infirmary at this point. Jan drew Evan near her, and they had an intimate moment in the infirmary cot. Orpheus explains that Jan is unaware Evan is his son.
Orpheus then describes how he met Jan in the hospital immediately after the baby was born. He informed Jan that he is aware of everything that happened within the prison walls. Then he struck a deal to ensure that Shawn Brady was named as the father of Jan’s child. Orpheus refused to tell Evan why he struck a bargain with Jan. Of course, he would only explain that for his high-stakes game, he needed Jan on the outside.
Days of Our Lives: Belle Is Drowning In Guilt
In another part of town, EJ DiMera wanted to bask in the light of their lovemaking, Belle was preoccupied with remorse over cheating on her husband. EJ, predictably, had an explanation for Belle’s conduct. Surprisingly, Belle declared that she might, just might, be in the wrong.
EJ dismissed the idea, but Belle was determined to punish herself and EJ by refusing to sleep in his bed. But don’t worry, EJ; Belle made it clear that this was a one-time occurrence. She’ll be having another affair with you pretty soon.
Jan Kisses Shawn, He Is Upset
Meanwhile, Jan makes a play on Shawn as Evan is taken aback by his father’s disclosure. In this episode of Days of our Lives, Jan expresses her frustration at not being able to embrace her kid and wraps her arms around Shawn. She kisses him passionately.
Later in this episode of Days of Our Lives, as Brady Black and Chloe Laneenter the room, Shawn tries to shove Jan away. Brady and Shawn have a quiet conversation as Chloe looks after the kids. Jan informs Chloe that God created her and Shawn as a family.

Next, Jan then claims to have given Shawn what Belle Brady could not: a son. As if that wasn’t enough, Chloe counters with Jan that Shawn will always have feelings for Belle. However, Jan claims that while this may be true, he may not always forgive Belle’s cheating.
Shawn becomes enraged and lashes out at Belle in the hospital hallway. He explains that he was Jan’s victim, but Belle continues to hold him responsible for everything. Shawn screams at Belle for turning her back on him. He believes he did nothing wrong, but Belle has continued to blame him.
Brady agrees and tells Chloe that he needs to speak with Belle right away, but she advises him to wait. Brady is taken aback when he finds Chloe and is aware Belle is with EJ at the time. Shawn returns to Jan’s hospital room while Brady and Chloe analyze the matter. Jan gets chastised by Shawn for breaching the rules and kissing him. Jan smiles, insisting that the kiss confirms Shawn’s feelings for her. Shawn storms out when he hears that. Days of our Lives airs weekdays on NBC.
